Justin Bobby, PT, DPT, CSCS
Founder | Movement Sherpa
Justin Bobby is currently mapping a path to better rope climbing, riding the bench in the neighborhood pickleball league, or running Talladega Nights on repeat.
He is an energetic coal-cracker who hails from a small town in Pennsylvania and currently resides in Wilkes-Barre, PA. He lives with his awesome, amazing, and ever-patient wife, two children, two attack cats, and one exceptionally odd dog.
Justin is a movement sherpa who was moved to find a different pathway to regain ownership of his own movement health after a back injury. He engaged in the typical medical inputs of tests, medicine, visits, and repeat. He be-gan to see things differently. A better pathway. He pioneered the creation of the Move Better-Move More® platform, a mind-ful-movement approach and process to unlock long term movement potential. He is thankful he did because with age, he is finding now is the time that movement health really starts to matter.
Before focusing on using mindful movement as an intervention to impact, teach, and inspire, Justin worked as a kinesiologist after receiving an undergraduate degree from Penn State. He has earned a Master’s and Doctoral Degree in Physical Thera-py and has worked as a certified strength and conditioning specialist and a Cross-Fit Coach.
Justin has studied body awareness, re-balancing, and other forms of healing to include Reiki and Alexander Technique. He has worked with life performers of all ages, the industrial athlete, and athletes at the scholastic, professional, and CrossFit Games level.
In 2022, he collaborated with partners from Tx:Team and Cisco Consulting Group to form Move Better- Move More®. Pertuit Consulting joined the ownership group in January 2023.
When not at his favorite coffee shop or the gym, he can be found munching on Swedish Fish of the multi-colored variety or feeding his pickleball or tennis cravings. Yes, only champions followed: “Roll-Tide” and “How ‘bout them Cowboys”.
